SK-Platform
SK-Platform organizes work so teams can build syntheses on top of the evidence base. It connects to SKD to enrich studies, pull in additional sources, and keep syntheses up to date over time.
The Epistemonikos Ecosystem
SK-Platform is the workspace that consumes the ecosystem’s data to produce evidence syntheses. It is fed by SKD but can also draw from other sources.

SK-Platform organizes work so teams can build syntheses on top of the evidence base. It connects to SKD to enrich studies, pull in additional sources, and keep syntheses up to date over time.
Work in SK-Platform is organized into folders, which contain syntheses and protocols.
A protocol is an object that configures a synthesis. A synthesis may or may not have a protocol.
A protocol is a "window" into configurations that are also accessible from the synthesis itself. When a protocol exists, it locks the synthesis settings so the two stay consistent.
Connecting SK-Platform to SKD is what enables a synthesis to be living: as new evidence arrives and threads grow, the synthesis can be kept current. The initial case supported end to end is a living systematic review of randomized controlled trials, with other synthesis types planned for the future.
